French farmers drenched the Ukrainian Embassy in manure. It addressed the protesters asking them to go away. Ukrainian diplomats call for the French to follow the Ukrainians and unite for the sake of their homeland. In response, the heads of the protesting farmers declared: 'We advise Ukrainian diplomats to worry about their own country'.

A reverse image search of the video in this post conducted on Google Lens (archived here) on February 13, 2024, returned an exact match to a YouTube video (archived here) posted on December 15, 2023. Its title is "Farmers protest against the Regional Council in France," with the description explaining that the farmers gathered in front of the Regional Council "to protest against delays in the payment of European subsidies."
The Google Maps geolocation tool confirmed (archived here) that the building in the TikTok video was the Regional Council in Dijon, France, whereas the Ukrainian Embassy in Paris (archived here) does not correspond to the building being attacked in the claimed video.
