Does the video show former Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) observer Vera Vayiman talk about child organ laboratories operated by Ukraine national batalions? No, that's not true: Vera Vayiman has never been a member of the OSCE and her narrative has no base.
The claim appeared in a video (archived here) where it was published by @pollman7 on July 15, 2023, under the title "Ukrainian batalions trade children's organs" #belarus #russia #ukraine #osce. The text on the video (translated from Russian to English by Lead Stories staff) reads:
Former OSCE member Vera Vayiman. Ukrainian batalions trade children's organs.
This is what the post looked like on TikTok at the time of writing:

The OSCE denied the involvement of Vera Vayiman in any of the organization's activities or being employed by it. "She was not even authorized by the Russian Federation, a member state," an OSCE representative added.
Being the only source of information, Vayiman did not provide any proof to confirm the claim she had made.
A similar narrative about child organs harvesting in Ukraine involving the International Committee of the Red Cross appeared in 2022, however no evidence has been provided in relation to the claims. The International Committee of the Red Cross strongly denied the claim and called it "another unequivocally false allegation."
Lead Stories has previously debunked another claim about human organs from Ukraine being sold on black markets of Europe.
