Has the Berlin subway put new carriages into service that glorify Belarus? No, that's not true: The themed carriages were introduced by the metro in the Belarusian capital Minsk to commemorate the Year of Historical Remembrance, celebrated in 2022.
The claim appeared in a video (archived here) by userjucyig3iz5 (archived here) on TikTok on March 16, 2024. The caption in the video (translated from Russian to English by Lead Stories staff) read:

A reverse image search on Google Lens conducted on March 26, 2024 (archived here), led to a YouTube video taken in Minsk underground (archived here) published on December 16, 2022, showing the themed carriages. The metro company in Minsk published a press release on the initiative (archived here) on June 6, 2022, on its website. The pictures of the themed carriages don't show up on the website. But a post of Minsk underground on Telegram on June 6, 2022, confirmed the event (archived here), showing a carriage with the respective symbols. The symbols of cultural heritage and World War II were announced on the blue metro line and symbols of Belarus' achievements during its time as the Belarusian State Soviet Republic and modern Belarusian symbols on the red metro line.
