Did Nancy Pelosi's son Paul Pelosi Jr. head an oil and gas company that did business in Ukraine? No, that's not true: Pelosi Jr. was briefly on the board of Viscoil, a U.S. energy company based in Southern California.
The claim reappeared in a video (archived here) on TikTok where it was published by poniatnayapolitika on June 1, 2023.
The text under the video, translated from Russian to English by Lead Stories staff, reads:

Claims about Paul Pelosi Jr. doing business in Ukraine began spreading after the publication of a video from a 2010 XPRIZE Foundation event in Washington, D.C., where Pelosi was invited as a Viscoil board member. Viscoil was a California LLC, whose objective was to "engage in research and in the commercial development of hydrocarbon production methods and technologies".
Later on Viscoil was reformed into NRGLab, a Singapore-based company that "researches and develops alternative-energy technologies for clean, reliable and affordable electrical power on a global scale," but Paul Pelosi Jr. played no role in it.
In early 2021 a claim about Biden, Pelosi, Kerry and Romney sons being on board of Burisma Holdings, a Kyiv-based group of energy exploration and production companies was debunked by Lead Stories.
